What are Loyalty Reward Points?

Bagpipe Specialists Loyalty Reward Points are our way of giving you - our valued customer - something back. Each time you purchase a product from Bagpipe Specialists you will earn points (those who register for a Pipe Band Account do not qualify for Loyalty Points).

Our Loyalty Reward Points may be used against any future purchases, whenever you feel like applying them, they are effectively a discount voucher reducing your overall order total.

Your points are managed within your account area and you can turn into discount vouchers, or redeem enough to receive one of our Free Gifts.

Do I need to register?

Yes, because when you register we configure a special account for you, so you can see how many points you have accumulated. When you feel like it, you can choose to use your points to reduce the value of a future purchase.

How do I register?

Upon registering an account with Bagpipe Specialists, and completing your order, you will be automatically logged in and able to see the points you have just earned. By clicking the "Loyalty Points" link in Your Account, you will be able to see:

• The progress of you orders
• The amount of Loyalty Points you have earnt, and available to generate into a discount voucher

Points are added to Your Account once your order has been confirmed and dispatched.

How much are Loyalty Points worth?

£1 spent = 1 Loyalty Reward Point earned.

1 Loyalty Reward Point = 5% discount.

Loyalty Points are effectively 5% of the value of any product you purchase.
So for example if you purchased a product with a value of £50.00 you would receive 50 Loyalty Points (equal to £2.50) to be redeemed against your next purchase.

How can I use my points?

Our products will show how many reward points you will earn for the purchase of them. These get stored in your User Account.

To use your points on future orders, Login with your user name and password and store as normal and navigate to Your Account area. A menu link in your account will take you to the "Loyalty Points" section. Your loyalty points will be displayed on the page, where you can transfer these into a "Discount Voucher" code at any stage.

Once a voucher has been generated, simply enter this voucher code into the shopping cart summary page,  during the checkout process.

The great thing is, as you use your loyalty points to receive discounts on orders, you will also continue to earn them for that order.

How long do my points last?

We will hold your Loyalty Points for 730 days (2 years), after which they will expire if not used.

IF I HAVE A BAND ACCOUNT DO I STILL QUALIFY FOR POINTS?

No.  You can either be registered as an individual and qualify for points or as a Pipe Band where you can view discounted prices but not qualify for points.
